Relaxing Garden Room – Wigan

This is a SIPS construction with Black UPVC and Storm Grey cladding. The build is 5m x 3.6m and the couple intend to use it as a chill zone.

Tina is a full-time child minder and so the house has become a place of work meaning that they need a new space to escape from the busy work environment.

This is an assisted build with the couple opting to install their own electrics and internal finish. The look they are going for is shabby CHic with a distressed effect laminate flooring and internally they will make wall coverings from recycled pallets. The ceiling has a fake beam and white paint finish and they intend on installing a rustic bar from salvaged hardwood.
